Jucy’s also has a very good chicken fried steak, but get the hamburger first. And they have free self-serve spicy beans while you wait (you’ll see them on the counter)
I miss Jucy’s and Pizza King dearly…every time I’m in Longview to visit dad/family those are the first two places we go eat

I’ve probably propped it up too much here and set your expectations too high lol…nonetheless, you won’t be disappointed in a Jucy’s burger
It’s consistently voted best burger in East Texas
Fries are so-so, but burger makes it worth it
PS - they also have good breakfast as well

I worked over in Longview for about a year, and became real fond of Nanny Goats. Great food (sandwiches, burgers, salads, etc), especially the chicken poblano soup.

Country Tavern - Bit right through the bone and kept going. So tender, but thats how I like them. They only had 2 things on the menu, but this was back in 2000
Is that the place you can buy a bottle and sign it and hang on the wall? We did that a long time ago and wonder if its still there.
Is the ?Cajun seafood place still there? on Marshall/80?

Added note: Jucy’s Burgers and Jucy’s Taco are 2 different places (same owner/company, just FYI) Jucy’s tacos are also good
