Liked Charlie's, not sure if the wait is still 1hr.
Order with a cold plate if you go, if not your steak will cook a bit more than expected.

Reporting back. Re: bubbas, I’ve tried their steak and was very unimpressed. Poboys are ok. Another spot that the service truly sucks. Like not that I expect someone to kiss my arse but I don’t want to deal with someone that has an attitude problem.
We ended up going to longhorns early to avoid the rush bc they don’t take reservations on Valentine’s Day. Immediately seated, super pleasant server, good steak. Glad I went here, thanks for the suggestions
