I have one. No electronics (aside from the ignition) so that's a plus.

The one negative I have is that the oven will not light from time to time. You have to then let it sit for a few minutes to let the gas dissipate before you can try lighting it again. Mine is a 36 inch so I have a double burner in the center that can get screaming hot for stir-frying in a wok that I love.

RE: griddle, meh. It's easier to clean a separate griddle pan, to me.

Let's throw another wrench into this. My AC guy is telling me that code requires anything above a certain CFM hood requires a fresh air return with motorized damper. Do yall have this?
