I just lit it up. It's a great value I think I got it under $15/stick. Burning really well and mild enough not to wreck a newb like me

Perfect pre-game for baseball with some bourbon

Definitely. Smoking a CAO Flathead 660 and drinking my third glass of bourbon right now waiting on the game

You’ve posted pictures before from that place. Looks like a nice place to smoke a good cigar. Living as rurally as I do certainly has its benefits, but man I wish I had a spot like that

I’ve got a few of those and I have no clue how it earned such a high rating. 93 I think. A good cigar, but not one I think of when I think 90+ rated.

Also, you’re supposed to put the sheet rock up before installing a TV, but with the baby coming, I can understand the need for budget cuts

Casa de Montecristo stores. We have a few around Houston but they are in a few other states as well.

I agree it’s an ok stick but definitely not with the $11+ they cost.

I looked at the cost of finished our detached garage and couldn’t justify it. We built this house to get kids through school. Only 20 more years and I can build the house I want.

What's everyone's take on "nice" lighters and cutters?

I've had people swear by their Xicar cutter, saying they've used it for many years. Do they really hold an edge that long?

I've also heard people say that all butane lighters, no matter the cost, go out within a year or two, even with 'premium' gas. They say to buy the cheap pack of 3 from amazon and throw them away after you refill them a couple of times.

Say you're in charge of buying your own father's day gift, do you choose a cutter, lighter or both?

I have used this cutter for a few years now and it’s still as sharp as the day I bought it. I do also keep another v cut that is not so deep for my small ring gauges.

In my experience lighters do seem to crap out often. I keep a cheap $12 torch lighter and use the Alec Bradley burner the most.

I was shifting around some things in my humidor and It always makes me shake my head at some of the warning labels put on these boxes. Picture may be graphic to some so click at your own risk.
