Let's discuss the greatness of yellowbird sauce

The sauces are labeled as condiments but let's be honest: they're hot sauces
I've been using this stuff for a while. I bought the 4 pack on Amazon that didn't come with the ghost pepper one. I noticed on their website they now have some new blends that I'd like to try. But this stuff is addicting and goes great on everything. I don't find it to be too hot but I have a pretty high spice tolerance.
The serrano and jalapeno are great on Mexican food. The sriracha is much better than the popular Huy Fong foods brand IMO.
I'm sort of curious what the new blends taste like. At first I thought they just redesigned the packaging but it looks like it's actually different ingredients.
I can't find a good way to link the images of some of the newer blends but if you click here you'll see that the ingredients are quite different in this 4 pack

Anyone else try this stuff? I first discovered it in a place called "Post" in Corpus Christi (a nice little place for good food and drinks if you're ever in the area) when I went for brunch and I decided I had to have some in my pantry. I go through this stuff like crazy.
