I know many of us bake hams for the holidays. I get tired of eating it on sandwiches so I made this quick and very simple treat and thought I'd share to give you guys ideas. They are great to reheat and stay good for a couple of days.
Ingredients:
1 can of butter croissant rolls
4 eggs
Cheese
Leftover ham
Lay the ham, egg and cheese and roll them up! It took me about 5 minutes to make them.
Thanks for looking

Looks great. Crescent rolls are one of my favorite premade items to play around with. I made a boudin king cake with them a few days ago.

Dammit boy thats a good idea. We will have plenty of ham leftover, so this is what we shall do! Thank you and have a Blessed Christmas!

Very very thinly sliced leftover ham, like deli sliced thickness.
Lay out each slice.
Add cream cheese strip about 1/4" thick
Add pickled jalapeno slice about 1/8" thick
Roll up meat around the jalapeno and cream cheese.
Eat.
Pickles instead of jalapenos seems to be a Yankee thing:

You can take those baked ham roll ups and freeze them, too. I used to do that with sausage and crescent rolls for quick morning breakfasts. Definitely not the same as fresh, but still very good
