Had a really great meal here the other night. We had the sardines, pork belly, chicken tarrine and bone marrow/peach special before splitting a steak.

I haven’t been “wowed” like this in awhile. Highly recommend if you are looking for something new in Nola.

I've been there twice and agree. It is very, very good.

If it had not opened during the pandemic, I think it would be getting a lot more attention. It’s the type of restaurant that would normally have James Beard nods.

I read a write up that says it is very vegetarian/vegan forward. I don't mind so much the vegetarian part, but how many of the dishes were vegan or was it fairly easy to avoid?

Just looking at the menu, if you take out just the sides, 85%ish of the menu is meat or contains some kind of animal product.

I think the initial menu was more vegan/vegetarian focused, but the current one is pretty meat heavy. No concern at all about it being too vegan.
