Hugo's Cellar is my personal favorite. It's old school Vegas.

Prime at Bellagio. Ask to be seated near the fountains.

If you like sushi, Nobu @ Caesar’s.

I’ve heard blue ribbon and zuma at Cosmo are both excellent as well.

The Southpoint is a good ways down Las Vegas Blvd. Nothing an Uber can't fix.

On the strip proper I can recommend Prime at Bellagio, Jean Georges at Aria and CUT at Venetian. If not strictly steak....Carbone at Aria and Zuma at Cosmopolitan are both excellent choices.

Downtown, Andiamo's at The D. Hugo's at the 4 Queen is supposed to be the classic old school experience. It's like stepping into a time machine.
