That's much smarter than hiring a lawyer of course.

And 11k isn’t much to write about. News cycle must be slow.

Is Kolache Kitchen going to make it?

I’m not a kolache guy but the chorizo, potato and egg taco was amazing.

It won't get results, but it will allow the guy to get his frustration out in the open.

There are a lot of sh!tty businessmen in BR, and I want to avoid them if I can

It looks like the Kolache Kitchens recently opened in key west are doing better than the Louisiana ones judging by the google ratings / reviews.

I've met Kolache's owner a few times and he was a genuinely nice dude. Hate to see them going through this, I've experienced the pain and feel bad for both him and his employees. COVID messed up alot of people and some just never really came back all the way.

Service industry is a real MF, even if you're running something as simple as one snoball stand. Hopefully they can right-size and come through it. The food is good, couple times I had it.

Edit - I know a SBO currently looking for an exit plan. Hit me up if you're interested in re-booting a bar in a great location, awesome patio, small kitchen & live stage, current F/B licenses. Been in operation for more than 5 years. I think turnkey would be $100k, maybe less. I would consider the jump, but I just can't bring myself to touch the demon again lol.
