It is one of my favorite restaurants anywhere. I’ve been a huge fanboy since the early Farmer Market days.

I think it is easily the best Mexican restaurant in LA.

Very creative and flavorful, but you have to wrap your mind around paying a pretty penny for tacos. Their bar prices were high as hell too last time I ordered a beer. I still like them a lot, but just order water.

Opening near them soon is Ono’s Hawaiian in a huge space that used to be an El Chico’s. I’ve not been much of a fan of their food truck fare, but their restaurant menu looks more promising. And it looks like they’ve spent a good bit improving the space.

I used to think that about their prices when I lived there. Now, in a big city, it’s not too far off from what they are providing

I, too, remember them from the days under the tent at the market and outside Great Raft

Rodrigo and his folks have done a great job turning that place into what it is now. They were on the ground floor of the food truck/pop-up boom in Shreveport the last few years.

Favorite Mexican in town. They did an enchilada molé verde a while back that was fantastic. Shrimp & white bass ceviche and pozole rojo were great specials as well.

We need a regional Mexican place in SBC.

Very good but pricey.

If you want a more reasonably priced taco option go to Los Potrillos in Bossier.

The gringa and the sandwich with the Bergeron's andouille sausage and fried egg is out of this world good.
