Could be a good move for them, but this type of comment makes my skin crawl..

i havent been to KC on old perkins but if its any good, he will probably close old perkins at some point and just keep that location

That location is a great lunch location

hopefully they keep the same hostess who has been their for like 20 plus years

The new location is a dead zone at diner time and weekends. There is a reason City Pork shut it down.

Yeh the reason is because the partner who wanted City Pork didn't own the building when they split. That location has great lunch business.

you could make a killing off lunch alone. Its always slammed 5 days a week because its convenient for the industrialplex workers.

shite on weekends, maybe experiment with brick oven and make pizzas for delivery?
