Some of the best boudin. Their beef sticks are damn good too

Best Smoked Boudin on planet. Wife loves the Crawfish boudin as well

This. I would put their smoked boudin against anyone’s in a blind taste test. If you’re looking for legit Louisiana boudin you need go no further.

I load up at the store in Krotz Springs several times a year. I love their smoked boudin. It also freezes very well for future use.

I also enjoy their smoked sausage, usually pork and then pork with green onion. I use it often in gumbo as I don't always use andouille. Great flavor. Good grilled as well. I love their smoked hocks. I try to keep a supply on hand for beans, soups, greens etc... They're my favorite that I've bought from various places. I vac seal them in sizes so I can pull a few out when needed. I also buy the stuffed chickens and the stuffed pork chops, though I've not had the crawfish stuffing. I like the sausage stuffing in the chops.
