Drove by just now on 21 and noticed the sign was down. The windows have large white circles in them. There was a “open” sign but isn’t get close enough to see what it is now.

It had been there for a while and was generally good. Anyone know the scoop?

Hate to hear that. I haven’t eaten there in a while, but generally liked their food.

I was a "one and done" with that place. Try Aki in Covington for top shelf sushi. Kazuko in Mandeville is good cheap option.

I heard they raised the rent.

Actually heard that 9 round, Firehouse subs, and the baby store left for the same reason.

Thank you Pat bring ster for you're stupid economic development districts raising taxes and helping to put the locals out of business.

9 Round was there but the other two were across the interstate near Kohl’s.

For the third time, we’ve said frick you Pat Brister and your bullshite tax hikes. We pay more taxes than Malibu, California and The Hamptons. And the sitting government wanted it raised again?

ETA: Oh, and Brister needs to go next.

Yes, but they are all in the same economic development district and they all recently had their rent raised to a point that they just closed up shop. I think it's pretty relevant.
