Put some honey in a pot
Removed the seeds from the habanero and cut in half length-wise, placed in the honey in the pot
Brought the honey up to a light boil for about 3-5min
Added a splash of water to help prevent crystallization
Poured into a mason jar
Not much heat to it, great habanero flavor with honey sweetness, will try on some smoked wings later

Hot honey is a surprising addition to pepperoni pizza.

Try fermenting them in honey. Take some peppers and whole garlic cloves and add them to a jar. Fill with honey. Loosely put the lid on and let it ferment somewhere coolish and dark for a few weeks. It's that easy. You can use the honey as a sauce or the garlic and peppers to dishes. So good.

Just tried this and its good but definitely packs a punch. How much honey did you use? I used about 1/2 cup plus 1 tbl soy and half a lemon.
