Looks good but not sure why they are closed on the weekends.

Yeah, I scratched my head at first. However, I know others who own restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops who do other things on the days the store front is closed: catering, special events, yadda yadda. Who knows!

I went today and had a bbq bacon burger. It was very good!
