Hot honey is really good on pizza

I don't like salty-sweet in things like trail mix or popcorn with M&Ms, but for some reason I love hot honey on pizza and bacon jam or onion jam on a burger.
I'll admit, though, it becomes too much pretty quickly so I usually have it on the side.
