Did they get cited for this? Regardless it was the building residents that shut down the venue not serving minors, they were profitable just on special events alone.

Yes. I never said that is what shut them down. But the bar was killing it on the weekends up until then. This is a few years ago, not recently

Yes, it will be a Landry's. Its a shame for the Quarter; however, the deal was extremely good. I would have taken it.

This was a really crappy situation all the way around, people brought new condos on the top floor of an entertainment venue in the FQ, then decide its too loud so they sue the venue.
