Is there a grocery site in Gonzales that sells the meats pre-cut to order for a jambalaya? What is the name and how much lead time do you need to give them?

Not sure where you're located but the Veron Supermarket in Lutcher will do it for you. Cut all your meats and vegetables. Give them a week ahead of time to have it done.

Harvest Supermarket in Dutchtown cut up all of our meats for a local jambalaya cook-off recently.
