It was sketchy 20 plus years ago, but was a fun place.

There was a little diner near the Capital that served great burgers. Is it still there?

Probably either Elite (closed) or the Mayflower if was a “diner.”

Hal & Mal’s, George St, and Martin’s all good options downtown for lunch/burgers.

Maybe it was not the Capitol. Probably the Gov. Mansion. Small place that had a counter and a few tables.

in Jackson last night, we had dinner at the manship and then went to a show at Martin’s. Manship was very good and Martin’s is a very cool place to see music. I wanted to try Hal and mals but we couldn’t tell if it was open (it was)

old capital inn is a cool place to stay

Green Derby
Lafleurs
Dennerys
Olde Tyme Deli
The Butcher Shop
Gibbs Pizza

Keifers is the only Greek place I would eat besides BR Greek spots.

Haven't been there in 40 years.

In town for the night and ate at Kathryns. Food was great, live music and football game was on. My kind of place.

It’s not really something that you would think to order there, but I love the steak fajitas at Kathryn’s.
