I've seen yall talk about the steak at Ruffino's...

going there Friday night. What's the best steak they have? Ribeye or Filet? Thanks as always.

They r all good....

I had the 45 day aged ribeye wed night..... Was great.

I'm not sure why one would get a filet unless they wanted the topping more than the steak. They have a very good strip and aged ribeye.

I go for filets every now and then when im lazy an dont want to trim around the fat.

I understand that, I'm not a big ribeye guy. I like a strip. Incredibly flavorful and you don't have to cut around hunks of fat.

Dry aged ribeye! But i do love the filet with imperial as well
