I noticed in her first pic, she's got the final product with the thighs turned outward.



Any foodboard preference? I usually do mine like this with the thighs rotated inward:



(Please no OT jokes about Rachel keeping her legs open.)

Have the Cutco shears. They are pretty robust and would be difficult to break.

Jeepers, Degas. I had to sit and think for a minute or two.

I think I have always done mine like Rachel even before there was a Rachel.

She probably had an intern do that bird that was photographed.

Had my Cutco shears for 15 yrs. If my family can't break them, they can't be broken.

I have some Oxo shears that have been around for years.
