I noticed in her first pic, she's got the final product with the thighs turned outward.
Any foodboard preference? I usually do mine like this with the thighs rotated inward:

Have the Cutco shears. They are pretty robust and would be difficult to break.

I think I have always done mine like Rachel even before there was a Rachel.
