I bet it was delicious.

I was hungry one day and just started grabbing stuff from the freezer and fridge and put together a roux and pork stock with shrimp and andouille. It was actually really good. I'd make it again with pork instead of shrimp.

It's a standalone side burner so you don't need the grill. It does need to be built-in to something and have a NG source from the house.

I bet they make something that doesn't need to be built in. Check out the local baws at BBQ guys. Mine is a Blaze 60k btu side burner.
