Fajita comes from the word faja which means strips in Spanish…fajita means little strips.

Sushi is my favorite when going out to eat followed by Italian.
When eating at home BBQ is hard to beat.
My final meal however would be Fried Chicken and Red Beans & Rice with Cornbread.
