yeah same in nashville/franklin.
aldi is fun to slum at once in awhile and now that we have costco the wife likes to run up $400 grocery bills and buy beef jerky in $25 packages.

Kroger is better than Publix all things considered.
Relative to HEB, Kroger is a good place to buy ice cream and OJ. HEB >>> Kroger/Publix/etc for everything else.

Publix is vastly overrated on this board due to people who vacation in Florida once a year and that is the only time they go to one.
