Instant read thermometer recs

I bought a weber from Wal-Mart for 10 bucks. Works perfect

I'm just a hack meat-cooker IRL, but one thing I really like about the Thermapen is the needle-thin temperature probe. Doesn't feel like I'm wailing on the poor target with a #3 blunt-tip Phillips screwdriver.

I’ve tried a lot of things and most work fine as long as I can remember to bring them inside. One of my recent thermometer purchases I like a lot is the Weber iGrill.

Best scenario is to use two thermometers in different parts of the meat to make sure it is cooked to the appropriate temperature.

I've got a ThermoPop. It takes a couple seconds more than the pen, for around $25.
