This video is a farm to table harvesting of a Waygu steer. I guess it's a little graphic, but the meat is beautiful.

I've seen several of their videos. They definitely know their stuff, but sure like to push their seasoning blends all through their videos.
They do break down those animals they process quickly and often have my mouth watering for a nice thick steak on the grill somewhere in the video.
