Let’s suppose you DO decide to make some tacos. Prepare lots of extra taco seasoned meat and then follow with nachos for one meal, taco salad for another, and taco soup for the final use. You don’t have to do all of them, but you get the idea.

Pretty much. Shepherd's Pie uses lamb, whereas Cottage Pie uses beef, but everything else is the same.
