Bro in Laws' new tenant in his warehouse space is a mushroom guy. Yesterday this arrived at my house, and I doubt its the last of them.

Lions Mane is the white one, never had that before, the rest are pretty standard stuff, but you should smell them.

New mushroom ideas? A Gallette? Anyone do a broth? What say you?

Grill those big boogers and throw them on a burger bun for something different.

I've done that with big portabella mushrooms hit with a little garlic/butter sauce on a toasted large burger bun. Damn fine eating.

Destroy them before you kill someone. Fungus kills.

Besides the Lion's Mane, you have some Oysters, Chestnuts and Shitakes(from top to bottom). I would make a risotto or a nice pasta dish with them. You can also saute them down and put on top of steak, chicken etc. or eat them by themselves.

For the Lion's mane, just sautee it in butter or EVOO. Hit it with a little Tony's. It will come up golden brown and be delicious. You can make a tartar, Cane's, or horseradish sauce for dipping. It's excellent.
