Hogs has added Bacon Night this year on Friday Night. All teams will be serving it and competing in the category. Nueskes is sponsoring and giving each team 2 slabs. I’m heading the dish for our team. Any ideas??

Bacon Explosionis what you are looking for except I substituted Andouille and some other South LA items for what is called for in the recipe. This will win if you do it right.

I know a team who did this a long time ago. After the Saints won the Super Bowl, they made a Lombardi trophy bacon explosion. Don’t know how it tasted.
