Weber Kettle vote here, and or the Performer series. Weber sells tons of inserts, "The gourmet System" I think it is called, has a wok, griddle and cast iron grate insert. Slow and Sear sells a product that is straightforward for long smokes and high heat. As mentioned, the pizza attachment is useful, too. So many options and having a work table to go along with the kettle is ideal.
