I know there’s been a couple threads on pizza and the best cookbook to follow. I just can’t find the thread. All help is appreciated

^^ what BO said plus a couple more recs:
-Tony Gemignani’s The Pizza Bible; he covers all the major styles, including various cooking techniques (wood fired, coal oven, gas oven, etc). Author really knows his pizza from a manual & volume production standpoint. Most of his doughs require multiple days to build, so it’s not a good choice for the impatient cook.
-Forkish’s Elements of Pizza; good for a beginner, as his dough techniques are fairly straightforward.
-Reinhart’s Perfect Pan Pizza, if the cook is into thicker/pan pizzas, it’s an awesome book.
If I were buying just one, I’d get Lahey or Forkish. And consider buying a pizza steel to go along with the book.

Peter Reinhart’s American Pie is my favorite.
Pasquale Bruno has a couple of good ones. Especially good for Chicago pizza.
