I need some recs - trying to make pastry cups

We are making lobster salad appetizers (damn good by the way), but instead of making lobster rolls and just cutting the rolls in half, we are trying to make puff pastry cups.
We tried a couple ways last night from YouTube, but didn't turn out good.
Any suggestions?

Pepperidge Farms in the frozen bread area.

Agree on Pepperidge Farm. They make two sizes. I usually find them in the frozen dessert section.

I did see the PF puff cups, but I only saw one size (6 in a box). They raise to the size of a large biscuit.

Buy puff pastry sheets, cut them in squares
and fit the squares into muffin tins.
Make tin foil balls and fit them inside of the pastry cups to keep them from expanding too much then bake out. they will look like this without the fruit filling.

Puff pastry sheets work great too. I fill mine with dried beans before baking to prevent some of the "puff"because I am usually starting a soak of the beans while preping the evening meal filling for the pastry cups. The tops of the pre-made cups work great under everything from fruit and whipped cream to crawfish or crab in a bechemel or au gratin.

They make the minis too.
You can definitely make a rendition with the sheets.
