After 30 years of boiling shrimp, I tried this method, and they came out better than ever.

I have quite a bit leftover too. Thinking about a shrimp and crab fettuccine, shrimp spaghetti or shrimp creole.

I made a shrimp and all the vegetables bisque last night and it was pretty good.
From the boil used the potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, and of course corn. Used the garlic as well when cooking down the trinity in butter.
put Veron's smoked anduille in it too.
pretty simple dish to make, and it was delicious.
