Today I found two bottles of Bourbon County beer in my trunk I had purchased around February. Haven’t been driving as much and they completely slipped my mind. They’ve experienced every temperature condition since then. Is this beer bad? I had initially planned to store them until a friend who likes stouts is over, but don’t want to serve to someone if it’s gone bad. Thoughts?

Probably, heats a killer. But, you just as well chill one and give it a try. If its bad, you'll dump it.

Light & oxygen are more of an enemy to beer than temperature, especially ones with high gravity ...

That being said, both bottles are probably ruined and need to be disposed of properly. Send them my way as I am a certified beer disposal technician.
