Santa Fe Style Rice with Chicken

I've had it before on a camping trip and thought it wasn't bad. Since I'm office bound most of the time and meal prep is hit or miss every week, is this a decent option vs heading out to a restaurant?

Heavy on the sodium, but real heavy on the fiber.

just get some lean cuisines

those are ok for backcountry trips, but I have no idea why someone would choose to eat those when other options are available

Do you sweat a lot at the office? Cause that's a shite ton of sodium for one meal.

It's not hard to make a sandwich in the morning.
