Coleman's BBQ
I've eaten at the Senatobia location. Had no idea it was a chain. I remember liking it.

Coleman's BBQ had 174 locations at one time says google. They were all over MS in 70s and early 80s.

Almost every little town in Mississippi had one back in the day. I can pass an old location and immediately tell if it was an old Coleman's location. I think they were all identical from the outside. Good, dry smoked pork and ribs. Liked the sauce too, although I'm not much of a sauce guy. They had a sliced pork plate that was really good. The smell inside a Colemans was thick and good. There was never any doubt you were in a Colemans when you walked through the door.

They have the Old Country Store in Lorman listed. That is a fried chicken place. The only BBQ they have on their buffet line is the ribs, sometimes pork chops, and they are ok at best. Makes me wonder what you have to do to be on the list.
