What I'm looking for is the illustrated guide to yeasted breads from the Enchanted Broccoli Forest by Mollie Katzen. Someone borrowed my copy about ten years ago. If you have this cookbook, I would like to get a copy of these few pages.

I've got a lot of cookbooks, but I've never heard of that one. Sorry.

ETA: Just did a search - you can get a copy for $2 online.

I've never seen it---is the yeast breads section something special? If you're willing to wait a bit, your local public library can get a copy through InterLibrary Loan.

Also, I just saw those pages on Amazon.com using the "Look Inside" feature, then searching for "yeast breads", and clicking on the search results. You could screen-shot those preview pages, crop out the parts you don't need, & then use the images. It's a charmingly illustrated graphic guide....but there are plenty of photo guides showing the same basic thing (see Reinhart's Bread Baker's Apprentice as one example).
