There is a place on 90 in Luling called Catahoulas.
Ive stopped in there a few times and I like the food.

Spaghetti and meatballs or chicken ala grande at Moscas but they don’t open for a couple more hours.

Excellent, but I don't think Mosca's qualifies as road food. Somewhere to get in and out quick; possibly eat in the car, probably with a cold beer from the ice cooler.
