I grabbed a Texas Pete siriacha sauce by accident. It's a find substitue.

I think Tabasco's Sriracha is surprisingly good. But I only have Huy Fong to compare it to not others.

I highly second Chin-su. I really liked the flavor of this sauce vs any of the other sriracha brands.

They have many copies here in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, but if it does not have a rooster and say Huy Fong, I don't want it. It is hard to beat!
