Hushpuppy recipe

Gonna fry some fish and frog legs with my folks tomorrow and we’d like to have some hushpuppies with our fries and slaw. I’ve tried to do a homemade recipe twice and both seemed to have too much flour and not enough cornmeal. Do any of you guys or gals have a recipe to share that will end my search? TIA.
ETA: if you have a frozen option that could be picked up in central MS, I’m down for that too

Word’s best with jalapeño is really good if you want to go the frozen route. Walmart usually has them.
