Looking for suggestions...

I stopped by Bergerons on the way home from Christmas and picked up a duck breast stuffed with jalapeno and cream cheese. The instructions are vague: "Thaw, cook covered for 1 hr. Uncover & cook for..." The uncovered cooking time is unreadable.

Any recommendations for cooking time and temperature? Any other suggestions for cooking?

Thanks.

Assuming they want you to get the internel temp of the stuffing to 165 for safety’s sake and get the skin browned and crispy. If you have a probe thermometer, insert it into the middle of the stuffing after the first covered hour. Cook until it reads 165 and then take it out and let it rest for a few minutes before carving
