How to roast peanuts?

I grew a few dozen peanuts this year and I want to roast them. Do I soak them in a salt brine first or simply roast with salt? Or is it just a preference thing?
Any advice is greatly appreciated!

I have no idea. But I’d assume you’d want to harvest them, clean them, dry them, brine them, then roast them.
