I’m talking about the precut kind all mixed in the little plastic container... have some been in there since Friday.

I don't use precut, but my thought would be much less than if whole produce. I've kept fresh bell peppers as long as 2+ weeks and a little longer for celery.

Once cut, you are exposing more of the whole pepper, onion and celery to breaking down, and I would think being in a mix with all 3, it won't take long to go bad.

You can freeze it, but it does tend to defrost a bit on the mushy side, but if just using for seasoning when cooking, who cares.

I would say if liquid is forming then throw them out. Or if you see any wilting. I would think you can get a couple of weeks out of them though.

There's no "Use by" date on the container? I'd say about a week.

those things usually stink before you can get them home. Just chop fresh vegetables at the house.
