I’m excited and went to their website. “We politely decline tables of 6 or more.” Interesting, I did not know that. It even says they may not be able to accommodate parties of 3 or 4

Says they prefer to host smaller intimate parties of 2. Maybe they have mostly booths? I guess I’ll find out soon

The bigger party thing I get, but this is just weird.

EDIT- You were right. It's a lot of 2-people booths.

But still there are some tables. I'm sure you're fine for a weeknight especially.

Houston's is excellent. Best managed restaurant in the country. Hands down.

It’s the most irrationally pretentious place in the country.
It’s a good chain, but unless you only have chain options it’s not a place I’d ever recommend or go.

We had a nice meal and they do run a tight ship. Pricey but flavorful, well presented, and efficient. Spin dip, smoked salmon app, ribs, ruby trout, French dip, brownie ala mode, apple cobbler? Ala mode, sazeracs, cosmopolitans, and a glass of wine. I did see one 5 top squeezed into a circular booth so that was the largest table. I thought the cheesy lounge band was unnecessary. Will def return

Used to frequent the one in Denver the Salmon dip and toast point app was great.
