From the roasters at HEB this week. Put it on some burgers, pizza, mac and cheese, pasta etc. and enjoy.

I bought my first 5 lbs last week. Usually roast 10-15 lbs per year and freeze in separate containers. Favorite thing to make is New Mexico Green Sauce to put on enchiladas and burritos.
