I used to take out of town factory reps there for lunch. Had this dude from Maryland and he ordered a roast beef Po boy w debree . I suggested a 1/2 but he said no way. This guy was big and I thought he was going to founder on that thing.

I'm a fan of the Mac and cheese add red sauce and the parmesean.

I can't remember the last time I was down in St. Bernard when Rocky & Carlos was open for business and didn't come home with a large mac & cheese.
That is my wife's favorite side that they make.
