Hickory Pellet Grilled Leg Quarters

Nothing fancy at all! Just a bunch of chicken leg quarters I roasted on the Traeger using hickory pellets.

Seasoned simply with sea salt, black pepper and garlic powder.



Sides of steamed broccoli and mac and cheese.

Yeah, I just did that to use up the cheese sauce for totchos I made a few nights ago. Lol..... This was one of those thrown together kind of meals.

Not really smoked as much as roasted but they did pick up some smoke flavor.

I usually do the apple wood chicken thing or wings. Gonna have to try this.
