Gumbo as an app is excellent. Great carbonara app.

Spaghetti and ceviche apps are excellent.
As are the goat, duck, and lamb entrees
Don't get the steak. The meat is good but it's swimming in oil

Carbonara with fried egg and guanciale is like crack. Ceviche is also a great choice but it is on the vinegary side. And the duck. And get Justin at the bar to make you a couple of Sazeracs of course.

Ended up getting the gumbo, ceviche and crispy goat. Wife had gumbo, salad with the goat cheese and duck. It was all incredible.
