I cooked one a few weeks ago. I have a regular Weber charcoal grill. I lined up charcoal around the outside and put some smoking wood mixed in and basically smoked it on low heat. Checked with thermometer for doneness

Bone-in or boneless?

I've done the bone-in breasts on the smoker a few times with good results.

Ran the smoker a bit high, around 300 to 350. No need for low and slow. Rubbed the breast with oil and hit it lightly with some type of rub.

It took about 2.5 hours total to get the meat to around 165. The temp of the meat came up slow at first, but it shoots up pretty fast in the last 30 minutes, so keep an eye on it.

Those boneless turkey roasts or rolls that look like little footballs are cheap, easy, and good.

Season and cook about 2.5 hours on smoker or indirect on grill to get to 165. A little hickory, cherry, or other favorite smoke wood helps.
