Sear a pork shoulder on all sides then pull. Then throw in some sliced onions, jalapeños, poblanos, and bell peppers. When cooked down, throw shoulder back in and cover with a brown ale. Put lid on and throw in oven at 350 for a few hours. Shred and enjoy.
I like to take French bread and slather it with garlic butter and bake. Put the shredded meat on the bread and make a nice sandwich.
